Refund policy

Due to the nature of personal care and cosmetic products, opened or used items cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at odinhollowfarm@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Unused products in original condition may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.
